    First:

    Schedule a DISCOVERY CALL with me (yep, that's me!) to explore your needs and see if we’re the right fit to work together. This video chat is where we’ll connect face-to-face, talk through what’s going on in your business, and get crystal clear on where you want to go. I’ll walk you through how I can help, what the process looks like from start to finish, and answer any questions along the way. There is no charge for this call.

    Tip:

    You don’t need to have it all figured out before we chat - that’s exactly why I’m here. Whether you have a clear vision or just a feeling that you need support, we’ll create a solid plan by the end of the call.

    NEXT:

    After our call, I’ll put together a custom proposal tailored specifically to your business - covering services, strategy, and pricing. We’ll review everything together, making sure it aligns with your goals, timeline, and budget. If something needs adjusting, we’ll talk it through openly and make changes so the plan feels realistic and comfortable for you. The goal is a clear, actionable plan we’re both confident in before moving forward.

    Tip:

    Clear communication makes all the difference. Be honest about your budget, expectations, and any concerns—there’s always room to adjust the plan to fit what works best for you and your business.

    THEN:

    Once you’re ready, we’ll sign an agreement to lock everything in. From there, I officially join your team and we kick things off with an onboarding call. During this call, we’ll dive deeper into your business, get clear on priorities, and fine-tune our strategy. I’ll make sure I have all the tools, logins, and information I need so you can confidently step back and focus on what you do best while I handle the details behind the scenes.

    Tip:

    This is where things really get moving!  Part of our process is getting to know your business as we work together, so expect a little back-and-forth in the beginning as we dial things in. We will constantly be learning and evolving.

    ONGOING

    You’re in good hands! We’re proud to have a 96% client retention rate, with many partners continuing with us for new projects, strategies, and ongoing support. By this point, we know your business, your brand, and your goals inside and out. Less time onboarding means more time getting things done. We already know your business and brand, so working together stays smooth and seamless as we grow with you.
